The Programme consists of an in-person training day in Oxford (Wednesday 23 April 2025) and six online Action Learning Sets (May - October 2025), providing a unique opportunity to collaborate with peers to solve challenges faced when leading a team.
Who is it for?

Through the Action Learning Sets you will have an opportunity to examine how you apply the approach to your work.
How can this programme support you to develop your team leadership skills?
Leading teams is a complex task, and leading in a way that is trauma informed needs thought, reflection, skill and support. This programme will provide you with the foundation and processes to implement trauma informed team leadership.
Finding the balance between the needs of the organisation and the needs of the people you manage needs to be navigated. This programme will support you to find this balance.
