• Understanding and applying trauma informed values to workplace issues and team leadership

• Recognising that staff (including ourselves) are vulnerable to the impact of trauma and recognising indicators

• Adjusting what we do to take account of trauma and leading in ways that support recovery and promote participation

• Recognising the complexity that exists in work and thinking about how a trauma informed approach helps us navigate complexity
