Siddhant Agarwal

Sid joined as our Business Development and Funding Officer. He brings a unique blend of experience from philanthropy, entrepreneurship, education, and sustainability, with over eight years working across the charity and private sectors.

Sid began his career in tax consulting with Ernst & Young before following his passion for social impact. He went on to launch one of the first vegan restaurants in Eastern India, aimed at creating employment opportunities for underserved communities. His journey then led him to Teach For All, where he worked as a school teacher and community leader, supporting first-generation learners and vulnerable women in low-income communities.

In the years that followed, Sid held fundraising roles across the charity sector, focusing on corporate partnerships, grant writing, major donor engagement, and campaign strategy. Most recently, he completed an MBA at the University of Birmingham on a scholarship, and worked in sustainability consultancy, as well as with the university's advancement office and a youth-focused CIC.

Sid is a Teach For All Fellow (2019–21), an MBA graduate from the University of Birmingham (2023–24), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
