Emma has joined One Small Thing as Chief Financial Officer driving the strategic financial direction and sustainability of the organisation.  Emma is an accomplished finance executive with over two decades of experience driving strategic transformation across the charity, public, and membership sectors.  Emma has led on finance, technology, people and governance and is a chartered certified accountant passionate about leveraging financial expertise and technological innovation to enhance business performance.  Her career spans leadership roles including Director of Finance, Technology and People at The Camping and Caravanning Club, Director of Finance, Governance and IT at KIDS, and Head of Finance at Staffordshire and West Midlands Probation Trust / CRC.
