Working with Trauma Quality Mark
We are excited to launch our Working with Trauma Quality Standards developed in partnership with Dr Alexandria Bradley at Leeds Beckett University which provide a framework for organisations to benchmark their practice, support organisational learning and gain recognition.
Bronze: Trauma Aware. An understanding and awareness of trauma and its impact with organisational plans in place ready to implement trauma informed practice.
Silver: Trauma Informed. Trauma informed practice is implemented across culture, practice and environment within an organisation. Individual needs and well-being are prioritised.
Gold: Trauma Responsive. Extensive and embedded trauma informed working practices. Prioritises user voice in strategic decision-making; promotes recovery of individuals; a centre of excellence.
